Square File. 2nd Cut Coarseness. Double cut, single cut on edges and slightly tapered. Square files used on square openings and flat surfaces particularly for filing keyways and slots. Tang is the tapered end of the file that can either be used to hold the file or inserted into an optional handle. Made from Chromium alloy steel.
