These one piece spatulas are molded from fda-grade materials and are safe for food, drug and cosmetic contact. Sterileware spatulas (9" and 14") are made of high-impact polystyrene, individually packaged, sterilized by gamma irradiation, lot stamped, and shipped with a certificate of processing.
